For each placement station HS-60/D4 with double conveyor 1 x Retrofitting Kit (AVSP) SIPLACE HS-60/D4 DC 119441 should be present.

Therefore it is necessary to do some modifications at the limit switches of y-axis and to move the position of the fixed rail of the conveyor. By use of this option, boards with a width up to 508mm can be handled by an HS60/D4 with single conveyor. For dual conveyor the maximum PCB width is 242mm in dual conveyor mode and 380mm in single conveyor mode. Attention: It is not possible to use synchronous dual conveyor in combination with wide board option. Preconditions: Line software Siplace Pro 2.1 or higher, Station software 505.03 or higher.
