A1D00140300 A1D00140300 SMD Placement station complete SIPLACE CF with WPC consist of the flexible placement station SIPLACE CF, nozzle changer for Collect and Place Head,nozzle changer for Pick and Place Head, SMEMA Interface, changeover table, Waffle Pack Changer and feeder package. The placement station SIPLACE CF has a maximum placement rate of 9,000 components per hour. For details see current valid Scope of Service and Delivery. The placement station provides a component capacity of maximum 88 x 8mm tapes. The placement station is equipped with one Pick and Place Head and 6-Segment Collect and Place Head with integrated component vision. The placement station is capable to handle a component range from 0.6mm x 0.3mm (0201) up to 55mm x 55mm as a standard. Larger components are possible on request. The placement station handles PCBs from size 50mm x 50mm (2 inch x 2 inch) up to 508mm x 460mm (20 inch x 18 inch). The placement station is equipped with one movable changeover table, with a capacity of 59 x 8mm tapes, for fast setup and changeovers. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters. In addition the placement station is equipped with a Waffle Pack Changer. Storage capacity of 28 WTC (Waffle Pack Tray Carrier), max. size of Waffle Pack Tray 240mm x 340mm x 13mm. Tray changeover time 2.5s. Next to the WPC a fixed changeover table is mounted with a capacity of 29 x 8mm tracks. Included in the package is a nozzle changer for the 6-Segment Collect and Place Head with 5 magazines and a nozzle magazine for the Pick and Place Head, for a maximum of 5 nozzles. Also included is a configurable feeder package. For this a point system is available. Each feeder available for the SIPLACE CF has a certain amount of points. A maximum of 35 points per placement station can be assigned. The Windows XP based station computer with flat screen and keyboard is the powerful operators interface to the placement system. Four days of basic instruction and pre acceptance at suppliers site per line are included in the placement station order.
