A1D00119919 A1D00119919 The 3D-Coplanarity Measurement Sensor is used to inspect component leads for coplanarity thereby preventing potential placement errors and soldering defects. The 3D-Coplanarity Sensor can be used for components with leads or solder balls within the following specification: Component Size:50 x 50mm, for connectors: 120 x 20mm. Ball diameter/pitch:400um/800um. Lead width/pitch:300um/500um. Lead or ball recognition can be degraded depending on how tarnished the surface is. Components with leads patterns having several rows on top of each other, or rows underneath the component (i.e. PLCCs) cannot be inspected. For more information please refer to the respective manual. The sensor can be configured only in the second placement area in SIPLACE X2 or SIPLACE X3 in combination with the Twin Head. Precondition is station software version higher/equal SR 604.01 SP1 and SIPLACE PRO Version higher/equal 4.1.
