A1D00119919 A1D00119919 The 3D-Coplanarity Measurement Sensor is used to inspect component leads for coplanarity thereby preventing potential placement errors and soldering defects. The 3D-Coplanarity Sensor can be used for components with leads or solder balls within the following specification: Component Size:50 x 50mm, for connectors: 120 x 20mm. Ball diameter/pitch:400um/800um. Lead width/pitch:300um/500um. Lead or ball recognition can be degraded depending on how tarnished the surface is.
