The station provides a component capacity of maximum 88 x 8 mm tapes. The machine is equipped with one Pick and Place Head and 6-Segment Collect and Place Head with integrated component vision. The machine is capable to handle a component range from 0.6mm x 0.3mm (0201) up to 55mm x 55mm as a standard. Larger components are possible on request. The machine handles PCBs from size 50mm x 50mm (2 inch x 2 inch) up to 508mm x 460mm (20 inch x 18 inch). The station is equipped with one movable changeover table, with a capacity of 59 x 8 mm tapes, for fast set-up and changeovers. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters.
