A1D00140000 A1D00140000 SMD Placement station complete SIPLACE CF consist of the flexible placem ent station SIPLACE CF, nozzle changer for Collect and Place Head, nozzl e changer for Pick and Place Head, SMEMA-Interface, changeover table and feeder package. The placement station SIPLACE CF has a maximum placemen t rate of 9,000 components per hour. For details see current valid Scope of Service and Delivery. The placement station provides a component cap acity of maximum 118 x 8mm tapes. The machine is equipped with one Pick and Place Head and 6-Segment Collect and Place Head with integrated comp onent vision. The placement station is capable to handle a component ran ge from 0.6mm x 0.3mm (0201) up to 55mm x 55mm as a standard. Larger com ponents are possible on request. The placement station handles PCBs from size 50mm x 50mm (2 inch x 2 inch) up to 508mm x 460mm (20 inch x 18 i nch). The placement station is equipped with two changeover tables for f ast setup and changeovers. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrate d automatic tape cutters. Included in the package is a nozzle changer fo r the 6-Segment Collect and Place Head with 5 magazines and a nozzle mag azine for the Pick and Place Head for a maximum of 5 nozzles. Also inclu ded is a configurable feeder package. For this a point system is availab le. Each feeder available for the SIPLACE CF has a certain amount of poi nts. A maximum of 35 points per machine can be assigned. The Windows XP based station computer with flat screen and keyboard is the powerful ope rators interface to the placement system. Four days of basic instruction and pre acceptance at suppliers site per line are included in the place ment station order.
