The Adapter Kit SIPLACE D1 P&P Head is necessary to upgrade a Siplace D1 machine with only a Collect & Place Head to a SIPLACE D1 with an additional P&P Head. After the upgrade a wider component range could be achieved, in detail for larger and higher components. For more details regarding wider component range and other technical points, please see the actual specification of the SIPLACE D1. This adapter kit includes the Pick and Place Module, Nozzle changer P&P which includes 2 dual magazines for standard nozzles and 1 magazine for special nozzles, stationary Component Camera (Type 36), Servo cards, electrical and pneumatic connections, small parts and a technical manual. The retrofit time for the machine of the hardware parts will be approx. 4 hours (excluding additional effort on programming in SIPLACE Pro).
