The machine can be equipped with a single lane transport (item no: 119625) or with a flexible dual lane transport (item no: 119627), or alternatively qualdriple lane (item no. xxx). Information regarding the PCB size can be found under the respective item no. The transport must be configured during order. For software 702, please note that only 20, CPP and Twin Head, X-changeover table and X-feeders is supported. For software 60x, please note that CPP head is not supported. A moveable changeover table can be used at all 4 setup areas of one placement system. The table enables fast setup changes. Each setup area should be equipped with a changeover table and the respective interface when ordering a machine. The use of X-feeder changeover table (item no: 119722) allows the use of intelligent X-Feeders. In addition to that, interface X-changeover table (item no: 119723) for each setup area has to be ordered. Alternatively, for software 60x only, the changeover table of SIPLACE HF (item no: 119622) can be used. On these tables only SIPLACE S-feeders can be used. As the energy und data interface is different between the two feeder types the respective interface should be ordered with the machine. In addition to that, interface HF-changeover table (item no: 119724), for each setup area has to be ordered. The Matrix Tray Changer 2 (item no.116438) for tray components is available as an option for setup area 2 and 4. Tape disposal is made easy with the integrated automatic tape cutters. Placement station heights configuration: 830mm/900mm/930mm/950mm. The Windows XP based station computer with Touch-Screen monitor is the operators interface to the machine. Four days of basic instruction und pre acceptance at supplier site per line are included in the placement station order.

For a SIPLACE X4 with four C <(>& <)>P20A heads the air consumption will be reduced from 990Nl/min to le ss than 300Nl/min. Per each X4 machine one installation kit has to be ordered. The installation kit is needed for ordering of new machines a s well as for retrofitting of the vacuum option in the field. Precondi tion is station SW 702 and higher. Operation with station SW 60X as we ll as operation of the CPP head with vacuum pump is NOT possible.
