The Re-Configuration Kit Highforce Head is necessary to exchange the Collect and Place Head of a placement machine of SIPLACE HF-Series by an Highforce TwinHead. The Highforce TwinHead is a modified TwinHead, which is able to reach placement forces up to 30N (+/-15%) with SIPLACE HF-Series. The kit includes: two Highforce Pick and Place Modules, one stationary camera system, one nozzle changer with three standard magazines (dual garage) and one magazine for customized nozzles, head protection cover, servo-cards, head adaptor boards, cables, additional parts, one software CD, tools for head exchange, box for replaced head and a technical manual. Customer service is not included.Preconditions:Line software Siplace Pro 2.1SP2 or higher, Station software 505.03 or higher.

Max. component height is 25mm. Larger components are possible (on request). For 0201 placement we recommend the 0201 Package Phase 2 (Item No. 11802 0). At all locations the changeover table is configured as a standard and enables a fast setup and changeovers. The Matrix Tray Changer 2 (It em No.116438) is available as an option for location 2. The Windows XP based station computer with touch screen monitor is the operators interface to the placement sy stem.
