A1D00118500 A1D00118500 SMD placement station with two gantries for high-speed applications with a maximum placement rate of 26,500 components per hour. For details see current valid Scope of Service and Delivery. The placement station prov ides a component feeder capacity of maximum 118 x 8mm tapes. Each of the two gantries of the placement station can be equipped with a 12-Segment Collect and Place Head or a 6-Segment Collect and Place Head, both with integrated component vision. In addition the heads can be exchanged lat er in the field. For this the order of the respective head Reconfigurati on Kit is necessary. By order of the placement station an additional def inition of the Collect and Place Heads configuration is required. A diff erentiation between the two gantries is necessary. Possible combination are:Gantry 1/Gantry2 :12/12 or 6/12 or 6/6. Each head can optional be eq uipped with a high resolution camera. The MTC can be equipped with up to 80 trays. The tra ys can be refilled while the placement station is running. One changeove r table or MTC for each side is mandatory.
