The transport conveyor in the shuttle has two belt segments. The shuttle is capable of collecting 2 PCB's and delivering both PCB's, back-to-front, to the placement machine. This is also possible in combination with SIPLACE productivity lane. The type 1 shuttle is also placed in the line just after placement and prior to reflow. In this location, the two combined PCBs are separated and can be transferred to up to 2 different conveyor lanes in the next downstream process. The shuttle supports different fixed rail positions in the downstream conveyor system. Required e.g. when using the i-placement mode in SIPLACE X4i.
