High speed SMD placement station SIPLACE D4 with a maximum placement rate of 66,000 components per hour. For details see the current Scope of Service and Delivery. The placement station provides a feeder capacity of maximum 144 x 8mm tapes. The placement station has to be equipped with four 12-segment Collect und Place heads with integrated component vision system. The heads (item no: 119876) should be ordered separately with the placement station. SIPLACE D4 is capable to handle a component range starting with 0.4mm x 0.2mm (01005) up to 18.7mm x 18.7mm. (For 0201 and 01005 placement, there are optional packages necessary).The placement station can be equipped with the modular single conveyor (item no: 119940) or alternatively with a flexible dual lane conveyor (item no: 119942). Information regarding the PCB size can be found under the respective item no. The transport must be configured during order. Movable changeover tables enable fast setup changes. One changeover table (item no: 119821) must be configured at all 4 setup areas of the placement system. Tape disposal is made easy with the four integrated automatic tape cutters. Placement station height configuration: 830mm/900mm/930mm/950mm. The Windows based station computer with Touch-Screen monitor is the operators interface to the placement station. Four days of basic instruction and pre acceptance at supplier site per line are included in the placement station order.
